Finally, the International Business Day on 29 October put international vending firmly in the spotlight. This event, sponsored by EVA, was a real opportunity for national vending associations from all over Europe (Navsa, BDV, Confida, ACV, etc.) to speak on behalf of their own markets.

The conference included a plenary session on the vending market in Europe, led by Catherine Piana (Director of EVA), and a panel discussion bringing together European vending industry players.

Jofemar at Vending Paris

Visitors to the Vending Paris show were able to see a wide selection of Jofemar’s best selling vending machines.

The full range of Vision machines was one of the main attractions for the public, from successful and established versions to a new model with additional selections and an elevator feature. This machine was configured internally to demonstrate its potential for dispensing larger, heavier products, such as drills and other tools.

Making their debut were versions of the Vision with a plain front, ideal to vend items where the products are not for show. Also premiered was the new Microwave module, purpose built to stand alongside the Vision and Iceplus food machines, creating a new hot food system for staff restaurants.

Well known for its payment systems, Jofemar introduced the remarkable new J300 online cashless payment system, telemetry enabled, where each transaction and user may be controlled from a central location.

The quality of the coffee served from the new Coffeemar G250 amazed visitors. Another model that created quite a stir was the Gourmet hot food vendor with integral microwave, which has already proved popular amongst vending professionals.

Reports Managing Director of Jofemar UK, Vassilis Gotsis: “This was an important exhibition for Jofemar and we had many new products on show for the very first time. The enthusiasm of the visitors from around the globe for our machines was very encouraging, with the new Vision models being well received. Feedback on the new Microwave module system leads us to believe we have got a huge success on our hands.”
