screen-shot-2016-11-15-at-23-49-55Held at Manchester United Football Stadium on 8 November, Vendex North was full to the brim with 700 visitors who got down to some serious trading and networking.

Vendex, which takes place twice a year as Vendex Midlands in Birmingham and Vendex North in Manchester was established 13 years ago and has since become the industry’s most sought after show.

The show features everything vending in a one-day format that has proved very popular with exhibitors and visitors alike. It attracts serious buyers who come to see the latest innovations on offer from manufacturers, importers, distributors and wholesalers of machines, products, ingredients, equipment and services.

Co-director Phil Reynolds of Trade Events, the events company behind Vendex commented: “It was a great success, there was a brilliant atmosphere and many people have done more business in just six hours than they normally do in three days at other main industry shows. This in itself is a testimonial to how valuable and worthwhile Vendex is as a one-day trade event.

From barista-made bespoke coffee blends to the unveiling of new products, many of which had a unique twist, the show saw lots of activity and innovations from exhibiting companies. A number of new machines and products were unveiled for the first time, allowing visitors to get hands-on with a wide range of machines and equipment, as well as find out the latest developments in snacks, drinks, confectionery, technology, finance and more.
