Suzohapp has appointed Simon James as its new managing director of the United Kingdom & Ireland, effective September 1.

Simon brings with him 20+ years of experience in the payments industry and is joining SUZOHAPP from Civica, a market leader in specialist systems and business process services. Prior to Civica, Simon held several senior international leadership roles during seven years at Elavon Payment Services, a leading global provider of financial payment services to the Airline, Government, Hospitality, Retail and Healthcare sectors.

As managing director, Simon will lead the Salford, Chessington and Ireland offices. His focus will be on creating a seamless customer experience across the UK and Ireland, a region of great potential for Suzohapp. Simon will also bring his industry expertise to support the organisation’s international initiatives in the cashless payments area.
