Siemens Financial Services scoops its fifth NIVO’s ‘Service Supplier of the Year’ award

  • Award recognises SFS’s commitment to the vending sector
  • Fifth consecutive win since the award’s inauguration in 2009

Siemens Financial Services (SFS) has been awarded the ‘Service Supplier of the Year’ accolade by the National Independent Vending Operators’ association (NIVO) for the fifth consecutive year. Voted by NIVO’s more than 300 members, this distinction acknowledges SFS’s outstanding customer support and services through its provision of innovative and competitive financing solutions to the vending industry. SFS has over 40 years’ track record in servicing the vending sector, and has been working with NIVO’s members since the organisation’s foundation in 1988.

Kevin Reed, National Sales Manager for Vending at SFS, comments, “Providing excellent customer service has always been our highest priority. As the only leasing company with a dedicated vending channel, our experienced and professional support team has an in-depth understanding of the market and the challenges of the sector. This insight enables us to develop differentiated products that help facilitate the growth of our vending partners, as well as to contribute to the wider development of the vending industry. We feel more than honoured to have been consistently voted as the best service supplier since the award’s inauguration in 2009. We thank NIVO and its members for the opportunity to work within such a great community and for their appreciation of our efforts and commitment to the sector.”

Graham Kingaby Managing Director at NIVO, comments, “NIVO is delighted to once again present SFS with the ‘Service Supplier of the Year’ award for 2013. During difficult economic times in recent years, it is all the more important for our Supply Partners to maintain high standards of service and customer focus. NIVO sets a challenge to ensure that the service they give to the NIVO members is sustained to the highest possible levels and for the fifth year running Siemens has risen to the challenge.”
