Selecta Group has announces that it has acquired Express Vending Group Limited.
Express Vending is a privately-owned, UK supplier of premium vending services which has generated sales of more than £39 million in the past 12-month period.
Founded in 1992, Express does most of its business in London and the neighbouring counties and has a track record of double-digit, profitable sales growth and innovation.
It is intricately involved in micro market design in the UK. Its Express HUB, with its open plan refreshment area, extensive product range and self-scan kiosks, is said to complement Selecta’s Foodie’s micro market offering. Selecta intends to build upon Express Vending’s competitive strengths to help it continue to grow.
