Philippa Vaughan has joined the team at Nayax as client services manager for the UK and Ireland.
Ms Vaughn is completely new to the world of vending but has an extensive background in client services having come from the retail sector of the motor industry. In this appointment, Nayax UK is emphasising its commitment to providing customers with the best possible service.
She said: “I am really excited by this brand new adventure as client services manager. In my previous role, I was involved with everyone and everything from the top CEO of the motor manufacturer to the one man and his broken car with no two days ever the same. I believe that accountability, mutual respect, teamwork, communication and reliability are key components to any successful business and I hope to bring some of my experience and people skills to help, assist and coordinate this ever growing and passionate Nayax UK team.”
Operations director Lewis Zimbler said: “We are throwing Philippa in at the deep end but as she has already proven, she is not averse to picking up a new project and making it her own. We believe Philippa is the right person to have the ability to build good relationships with our clients and the head office team and we are confident our clients will enjoy working with her.”
