Human Nature’s Lentil Sticks win Great Taste 2022 Award

Plant-based food start up Human Nature has been named among the top food and drink producers globally this year, picking up a Great Taste award for its Hot Jalapeño & Lime Lentil Sticks along with another for its Sour cream and Onion flavour.

More than 14,000 products were put through the competition’s rigorous blind judging process; and Human Nature was dubbed “an innovative product” from judges at the world’s most coveted food and drink awards for their incredible flavour. Described as “very appetizing, exciting and moreish and an innovative alternative to traditional crisps”, these vegan snacks were a big hit with the Great Taste judges for both adults and children.

Bobby Patel, founder of Human Nature comments: “We are delighted to have won a Great Taste award for our lentil sticks. Only 28.7% of the products, over 110 countries won a first star award and being recognised with a Great Taste Award means so much to independent producers such as myself. But most of all the exposure will help people know our snacks and try them. In this way we can plant a tree with every pack sold and help us reach our target to plant 1 million trees every year!”.
Made with only plant-based ingredients, Human Nature’s snacks contain 13g protein, they are a great source of fibre and they have 40% less fats than standard fried crisps.
The range is made up of lentil sticks and pea rings in different flavours.
Human Nature vegan snacks are available to be pre-purchased.
