EVEX returns at Venditalia

EVEX, the European Vending Experience, returned this year from 11-14 May with a new format as a specific zone inside the Venditalia trade show.

The EVEX area at Venditalia was designed at conception to be an interactive and insightful zone with knowledge exchange and business networking at its forefront, and the high attendance during each EVEX session last week certainly seemed to deliver on these objectives. The EVEX conferences and panels discussed a wide range of important industry topics, including market trends, how to diversify your business, working with water dispensers, digitalisation, payments amongst many more.

In addition to the central conference area, the EVEX zone was made up of EVA and national association booths, a number of stands from sponsors, a delegation representing the Ukrainian vending industry – who spoke poignantly about the daily life of an operator during the ongoing war – and a large networking and food/drinks area where breakfast, lunches and cocktails were provided. Quality coffee was of course always at hand, and a very cool barista show each day demonstrating latte art kept this space continually animated.

Being the first large industry trade show since before the pandemic, the EVA was able to catch up with a large number of members at the same time as well as having the opportunity to explain its services and membership benefits to other interested and innovative companies.

EVEX was organised by the EVA (the European Vending & Coffee Service Association) in cooperation with CONFIDA (the Italian Vending Association) & Venditalia.
