With Thérèse Coffey back as Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra), The Vending and Automated Retail Association (AVA) has hope that the various delayed pieces of legislation will get back on track.
These include the Extended Producer Responsibility, Deposit Return Scheme for England, Northern Ireland and Wales and Consistent Waste Collection which are all queuing up.
