Burton’s Foods to offer up a ‘Golden Ticket’ to Vendex North

Burton’s Foods are running a ‘Golden Ticket’ competition at this year’s Vendex North, offering visitors the chance to win a great selection of prizes, including an iPod Nano.

“To demonstrate how well our brands perform in vending we’re launching a unique Golden Ticket competition,” comments Chris Bampton, Business Account Manager for Burton’s Foods, Out of Home Snacking. “We’ll have a vending machine on the stand fully stocked with some of our leading products. A handful of these will have a Golden Ticket attached them – if a visitor picks a product with a ticket, they’ll win!”

The prizes up for grabs include an iPod Nano, a year’s supply of Cadbury Fingers, and a selection of Gift Vouchers. The business will also be offering an exclusive Free Stock Deal on Maryland Cookies – which, as non-VATable biscuits – provide an enticing profit potential for operators everywhere.

The full range on display at the show include Maryland Cookies and Cadbury Fingers in 40g Mini Bites Munch Bags, and 125g Snackbites bags for sharing, and Jammie Dodgers in 125 Snack Bite bags.

Burton’s Foods are currently supporting the Cadbury Fingers brand with a new TV campaign running from October through to December 2010, which is expected to further drive sales of this leading brand.
