Best Water Technology (BWT) Group, a leading European water technology company, has purchased UK-based bottled and point of use water cooler business, TK Water Systems, for an undisclosed sum.
“This acquisition provides a great fit with our strategic plan,” commented BWT UK managing director, Jon Wicks. “TK Water Systems is a long established and successful player in the industry and we look forward to continuing to deliver BWT’s high quality products and services to our new customers,” he concluded.
Global food and beverage consulting firm, Zenith International, was exclusive adviser to TK Water Systems on the transaction.
