The Automatic Vending Association has announced the names of three more speakers to its enhanced Speakers’ Programme for AVEX 2017.

Fiona Speakman, client director of the food team at CGA Strategy, Andy Jones from the Hospital Caterers Association and Tim Nunnerley wholesale controller at Vimto, are all lined up to take to the stage at AVEX 2017.

The enhanced Speakers’ Programme will see speakers deliver talks based on the most pressing issues affecting the vending and food and drink industry today.

Fiona Speakman

Ms Speakman will focus on the out of home market, what this means for the food and drink industry and how Brexit is likely to impact it. Mr Jones will look at drink as an essential component to physical and mental well-being, particularly among your workforce. Mr Nunnerley  will touch on the sugar tax levy and how this poses new challenges for the vending industry.

Jonathan Hart, chief executive of the AVA, said: “When we began discussions for the planning of AVEX 2017, it was imperative for the team that we developed an engaging list of speakers to attract quality visitors and provide added value to the exhibition.

Tim Nunnerley

“We really believe that we have achieved this with our 2017 Speakers’ Programme and I am delighted to be announcing the addition of Fiona, Andy and Tim to the list.

“The topics being discussed tackle some of the biggest industries facing vending and related industries today, ensuring that AVEX will be the must-attend vending event of the year.”
