Excel Vending is delighted to announce that it has won a prestigious Glasgow Business Award for ‘Excellence in Communication.’ Hosted by The Glasgow Chamber of Commerce, which incidentally is the current Scottish Chamber of the Year, the awards took place at a glittering ceremony at the Hilton Glasgow on 1 October.
“Given that the other finalists in the category were Barrhead Travel; City of Glasgow College; Cup; Vanilla Blush and West Coast Harley-Davidson, we were pleasantly surprised to be named winners,” said owner Jane MacDonald. “All of the finalists were definitely worthy of the award. This win comes on the back of our recent success at The Vendies, the vending industry’s own awards. On that occasion we won the ‘UK Best Vending Operator (£2-5m)’ award. These awards don’t happen by accident, it is testament to the dedication of our team at Excel Vending that we have enjoyed these recent successes. These awards are well deserved recognition for the hard work of every member of our team, we really appreciate what they do for us and for our clients.”
