Vendex North partners with BSA and EDWCA

The UK vending show, Vendex North, is working in association with the European Drinking Water Cooler Association (EDWCA) and the Beverage Service Association (BSA) for this year’s show.  This event features a new special partners’ area, Cafe Biz Expo, which features the EDWCA and BSA.

Vendex North, which takes place at Manchester United Football Stadium on November 7, is now sold out with more than 100 stand spaces taken.

Established in 2001, the EDWCA has around 100 members that deliver point of use (POU) and bottled drinking water coolers. Also a member of the European Vending Association (EVA), an EU accredited lobbying organisation based in Brussels, it works to recognise service excellence in the water cooler and beverage industry within the home and workplace environment.

On working with Vendex, EDWCA secretary Tracy Corroll said: “We’re delighted to be working with Vendex North again and know that our members will find attending the show of benefit to their business. We work to support the whole industry in achieving service excellence across all respective markets so do visit our stand and find out what the EDWCA can do for you.”

Vendex is also working with the Beverage Standards Association (BSA). The BSA works with members to drive best practice in the industry delivering training and education programmes to improve the standard and quality of products and service in the out of home hot beverage market. The BSA is holding its annual awards ceremony and challenge at Vendex North in the partners’ area.

Around 100 companies are exhibiting at the show. Things to expect include barista-made coffees including a special Vendex blend and the unveiling of new products, many of which have a new twist.

The Show is open from 10am until 4pm on 7 November in the Manchester Suite at Manchester United Football Stadium.
