Channel clients find it difficult to get innovation quickly to the customer due to the limitations of a rigid business model. I recently helped an organisation to introduce new mobile technology to over 700 field based engineers in six European countries. This seven figure € project was delivered on time and budget.

For end user clients, consultancy in marketing, merchandising and mobilisation enables them to better forecast and cater for customers’ needs. Another assignment has increased sales volume and value [€000’s] by 26% and 48% respectively between ‘09 and ’11 thanks to my recommendations..
