Excalibur has been refurbishing machines for many years and in line with their plans to expand the business they will be exhibiting at Old Trafford. Already known to many vending operators, Richard Gilbert MD & Owner, explained “our refurbishing service ticks all the boxes in terms of cost, quality and environmental credentials. Operators can concentrate on what they do best whilst we work on their machines and deliver them back like new.”
From its 30,000 sq ft facility in the West Midlands, Excalibur has the right people, all the right skills, the right technology and supply chain to refurbish almost any make and model of machine (hot drinks, snack, bottle, can, food machine or water cooler).
Every machine is refurbished to the same exacting standards for example a hot drinks machine is put through a rigorous 24 point quality check, ensuring that when it is delivered to site can be up and working straight away.
On going investment in plant and machinery along with Richard’s background in lean manufacturing, means that Excalibur’s production systems work smart and quickly. Manufacturing kick plates, panels and brackets on site ensures there is no down time waiting for parts. By offering both powder coating and wet paint finishes they have everything covered.
