Andi Redwood, Founder and MD of Fusion Catering Solutions, has worked alongside the very best of the industry’s good and great. Working as an Executive Head Chef, he has catered for thousands of hospitality guests on a daily basis at key sporting events around the UK, from Wimbledon to The Oval. Often tasked to serve 35,000 meals a day during peak event periods, he has built up an enormous amount of industry knowledge. Andi now spends his time perfecting his menus for guests at Northbrooke Park, near Farnham.
