Nestlé Professional® announces a further waste reduction – by reducing the packaging used for NESCAFÉ® Latte, NESCAFÉ® Cappuccino and AERO® sachet outer packaging.
The packaging now uses 36.3% less material and creates an annual saving of 15.3 tonnes. However, customers can rest assured the amount of product in each serving remains the same!
The sachets in this new format, which will be available from June, follows a packaging renovation undertaken in 2010 across NESCAFE®’s entire range of single-serve stick packs, which were successfully reduced by 14%.
According to Neil Stephens, Managing Director, Nestlé Professional® this is yet another valuable step towards reducing the company’s environmental impact.
