N&W will be taking a substantial team to Avex 2011 as the company prepares to demonstrate that espresso from its vending machines is every bit as good as the celebrated High Street equivalent. The Necta Canto, brimful of leading edge Italian espresso ingenuity, will be the star of the show; ably supported by the company’s new tabletop bean-to-cup arrivals, the Krea, Solista and 7300 – plus the 7100 Touch.
‘The ability to offer exceptional espresso based drinks on a self-service basis is a huge opportunity for vending operators’, said MD Dave Ward. ‘Our customers have been telling us that by providing an excellent consumer experience, they have been able to increase both sales volumes and profit margins.’
The data that validates Dave’s claim comes largely from customers who use N&W’s Vendtrack telemetry, recently introduced to the market and also on show at Avex. ‘It’s clear that the combination of better machines, better ingredients and better cups outperforms the ‘traditional’ vending offer’, he said, ‘and with Vendtrack’s on-line accessibility operators can monitor a series of KPIs to ensure that they exceed consumer expectations and never miss an opportunity to make a sale.’
N&W will also be hosting a charitable promotion on their Avex stand, but Dave Ward declined to offer any further information. ‘Wait and see!’ was all he would say.
N&W will be at the heart of Avex on stands C50 and B50.
