Established in 1999, Westways Vending, situated in the heart of Sussex, has recently invested in the latest mobile communication technology, e3 Live from Vendman. The new software, which seamlessly links into the existing Vendman system, utilises the latest Blackberry technology to update information live from vending operators and engineers. This allows Westways to create, accept, complete and invoice service calls within seconds of the call being logged, and to monitor and improve their vending operation.
Also, with a focus on stock control, Westways have compartmentalised and categorised their whole parts warehouse using bin numbers, within the Vendman system. This allows each engineer to easily order, organise, and replenish van stock with a click of a button.
