"We’ll be organizing all sorts of events through­out the year," said Managing Director Alistair Balmforth, "but the blue riband event will be our attempt at The Yorkshire Peaks Challenge, which sees walkers climbing a total 2,153 metres and walking 25 miles up Pen-Y-Ghent, followed by Whernside and finishing with the unforgiving Ingleborough. Each team member has to achieve at least £191 in sponsorship, as that’s what it costs to fund a Macmillan Cancer nurse for one day."
