NIVO, the National Independent Vending Operators’ association with over 280 vending members, has awarded Siemens Financial Services Ltd the NIVO Service Supplier of the Year accolade for the second time running. With over 30 years of track record in servicing the vending industry, Siemens Financial Services Ltd (SFS) has been working with NIVO’s members since the association’s foundation in 1988.
Graham Kingaby, NIVO/NIVA Managing Director notes: “It is the first time that any supplier has retained any NIVO award in two consecutive years. Winning, let alone retaining, one of our awards is no small achievement.
“To start with, the effects of very tough trading conditions, along with a credit squeeze, meant that Siemens were operating in a particularly challenging environment. In addition, NIVO had introduced several new Supply Partners into the Service category sector. These ranged from suppliers of fuel and vehicles, through to uniforms and stationery. The effect, therefore, was that the members had more suppliers to choose from. In spite of this, Kevin Reed and his SFS colleagues continued to stay visible and accessible and gave excellent customer service to the broad NIVO membership. As the results started to come in, it was quickly obvious that the members were very appreciative of these efforts. Well done to Kevin and everyone at SFS.”
