Susanne has worked extensively for German associations, both in the electricity industry and for medical professionals, to eventually start working from 2006 in the food information field. Her broad and consistent experience led her to hold the position of Director of Consumer Information, Diet and Health in the CIAA (Confederation of Food and Drinks Industries).
