Autobar UK acquire Sanderson Vending

Autobar UK have announced the acquisition of Scottish based vending company Sanderson Vending. Established over 26 years ago Sanderson Vending are suppliers of hot and cold drinks, snacks and cigarettes.
Sanderson’s core business is in Engineering, Local Government, oil related industries and some public vending.
Speaking of the acquisition Glyn Jones, Operations Director at Autobar said, “This is a positive move for both companies involved, the acquisition both consolidates our business in Scotland and helps us move into new areas of business..
Autobar are keen to stress that the acquisition will not affect Sanderson’s current clients and will involve no redundancies.
