David Hoskin, Chairman of Save-a-Cup Recycling Ltd reports that 2009 has been a year of change for Save a Cup with some internal re-organisation to ensure they continue to offer the level of service their clients have come to expect and want.
New Website
Save a Cup has created a new website to be launched in January 2010. The new website has been created to introduce new clients into the Save a Cup scheme as well as to sell recycled products online.

Save a Cup have now strengthened their management team and appointed a full-time Customer Service Manager, Aileen Grant.
Aileen brings over 15 years’ customer service experience to Save a Cup With several new initiatives planned for 2010, Aileen believes in winning customers’ loyalty and offering an excellent customer experience.
