The Automatic Vending Association welcomed eight new members in October, seven joining as Probationary Full Members and one as an Affiliate Member.
Operators Abercromby Vending, Cafe Pronto, Northbridge Vending Co, Shropshire Vending Services and WestWays Vending , and suppliers Elite Vending and Uniware Systems joined as Probationary Full Members.
During their first year they will benefit from all AVA services and the AVA Quality Co-ordinators will work with them to implement the AVA Quality System and achieve accreditation. Their transfer to Full Member (with the right to display the AVA logo) will take place at the end of 12 months when all is in place.
VeoVend (GWD Media) joined as an Affiliate Member.This is the category for those who are involved in vending but it is neither their main business nor do they have a dedicated vending operation.
