The new fully interactive stand plan for AVEX breaks new ground, AVEX being only the second exhibition organiser in the UK to use this unique system from Expocad. It can be accessed at www.avex2009.co.uk.
Easy to navigate, visitors are able to view all the exhibitors. A summary list on the left hand side is linked to the stand plan so as you move down the list the plan is highlighted. A simple click on a stand will bring up the full exhibitors details including a profile.
Companies who have already booked their stand are benefiting immediately and until AVEX opens from having their details available to website visitors - and those details can be easily updated.
Those looking to select their stand have a list of available sites. By navigating across this list they can highlight in red available sites of the size they want and simply make their choice.
