New FreshGround

Bravilor has also added to its range of fresh brew machines, with the new FreshGround range, featuring the FreshGround 310 and FreshGround XL 510. Both are capable of producing top quality bean to cup filter coffee and a wide range of instant beverages, making them among the most versatile machines on the market.

The FreshGround 310 has two 1.3 litre canisters and a grinder/hopper, capable of holding 2.8kg of beans. As well as producing quality coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, café au lait, moccachino, espreschoc, all at the touch of a button, it is also capable of providing hot water, and features a separate button for adding milk to the coffee. The machine is automatic fill and will produce up to 140 cups of Freshbrew coffee per hour.

The larger FreshGround XL510 has four canisters and a grinder/hopper, capable of holding 2.8kg of beans to offer a wider variety of beverages, and has a button for adding sugar as well as well as the one for adding milk. Other than that it is based on the same winning formula as the FreshGround 310 with the same throughput and brew times.

Both machines are fully programmable for brew strength and cup size, use the Bravilor Bonamat unique water delivery system, and incorporate an eco programme to save power use (during periods of inactivity) to help the environment.

Freshmore XL330

The Freshmore XL330 from Bravilor is a multifunction unit that quickly delivers freshly brewed coffee directly into a cup or decanter, and has provision for adding instant ingredients. It can therefore offer more than just coffee, capable of delivering popular coffee shop specialities such as latte, mochaccino or hot chocolate.

A straightforward programming facility allows the desired strength and cup sizes to be pre-set without the need for technical assistance. Cup, mug or jug sizes may be programmed. The elegant design and solid stainless steel housing is finished in dark grey or burgundy as standard and a coin mechanism and own branding can be fitted on request. Throughput is approximately 160 cups of fresh brew coffee per hour with a brewing time per cup of around 20 seconds.

Specially developed

Suitable for any environment requiring fresh ground coffee beverages, with the exception of banqueting and conferencing, the FreshMore was specially developed to produce a superior beverage and includes a whole host of innovative features such as a specially designed water delivery system; Bravilor's unique mixing system; an easy clean steam extraction fan; an automatic eco-time function; a descale and rinsing system; and an audit programme. A coin-op mechanism is also available as an optional extra.

The unique hot water system, specially developed by Bravilor's R & D department is less susceptible to scale formation. The design of the whipper chambers in the mixing system produces a superior beverage. The easy clean steam extraction fan makes the machine simple to clean. The eco-time function automatically puts the machine into standby when left idle for a set period. This saves power and money making the machine both economical and environmentally friendly. The de-scaling system and rinsing programme ensure that the equipment is cleaned thoroughly, whilst the audit system allows for the accurate collection of drink data. All of these features combine to reduce downtime and the potential for expensive call out charges, making the FreshMore one of the most reliable and user-friendly machines on the market.
