The AVA has announced that the stand ballot for AVEX 2009 is to be held in the Toute Suite at the NEC, Birmingham on Monday 9th June 2008. It will be open to AVA members as well as members of EPDWA, the AVEX partner association.
The AVEX stand ballot provides a fair way of allocating stands to members who gain precedence in the ballot from the number of times they have exhibited at AVEX in the past. The largest stand spaces are allocated first.
AVA and EPDWA members participating in the ballot will benefit not only from this opportunity to be first to select their stands, but also from early bird rates. Full information on the exhibition, including stand plan and space application form appear on the dedicated AVEX website www.avex2009.co.uk from this month.
AVEX 2009, the international vending and water exhibition, is to be held at NEC, Birmingham on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th June 2009.
