Ecopure and City Dispense link for fast service
Published:  16 May, 2008

EcoPure Waters, claimed to be the UK's leading supplier of environmentally friendly water systems to the hospitality industry, has signed a service agreement with City Dispense Services, also a market leader in its field.

Under the agreement EcoPure Waters will be able to call on 160 City Dispense mobile engineers to maintain its UK systems. This is believed to be the biggest service network in the drinking water purification industry and means that 98 per cent of EcoPure customers will now have a trained engineer less than two hours from their premises, available 24/7. City Dispense engineers have their own vehicles with full spares and technical backup, significantly increasing the proportion of ‘first time' fixes and minimising system downtime, 365 days a year.

Managing Director of EcoPure Waters, Paul Proctor, commented, "This partnership will enable us to deliver the most comprehensive service across the whole of the UK. City Dispense provides a very high quality of service. Now we can add to our customers' peace of mind through qualified, equipped and trained specialist engineers virtually on their doorstep."

Richard Walker, Managing Director of City Dispense Services added, "We are delighted to have forged this agreement. Water purification is a fast expanding industry and EcoPure has shown both the quality of its designs and its ability to meet the needs of some of the most demanding clients in hospitality and the corporate world."

EcoPure Waters' systems purify water from almost any non-saline source including mains, boreholes, spring, lake and river water. The company claims the drinking water produced has the highest purity and matches the taste of the finest bottled waters; the systems also cuts costs by up to 80 per cent compared to bought-in water. EcoPure is specified across the hospitality industries with installations as diverse as Chatsworth House, Greene King hotels, Jamie wine bars, Radisson Edwardian hotels and Strada restaurants. The systems are increasingly being installed in head offices and government buildings such as the Welsh Assembly, the Scottish Parliament and major Whitehall offices where EcoPure filtration helps meet government environmental targets.
