Castus has become well known for its fruit bars, which have proved popular with children as lunch box and healthy snack items. Now, a completely new bar - Fruit Bite - has been launched in the UK, a fruit, nut and seed bar with a 'bite', produced exclusively with natural ingredients.
No sugar, preservatives or colouring have been added and the bar has a high content of dietary fibres, which improves satiety. Initially Fruit Bite is available in three flavour varieties: Mixed Nuts, Apple & Cinnamon and Cranberry & Fig.
The fruit, nut and seed bars can help adults with healthier living between meals, producing better appetite regulation, improved calorie distribution and a better fat burning.
