Eurogran - New improved company structure

New and improved structure in Eurogran will bring many benefits to our customers. We are in place with a strong team of dedicated employees. The structure of the organisation has been changed with the aim to increase customer service and to focus our resources even more on the vending business. The changes have been made with respect of the old values that Eurogran stands for. The high quality products and the good relationship with our customers are the cornerstones of our business.

Eurogran’s acquisition of U.K. Automatic Vending Supplies last year is obviously one of the major changes to the organisation. The acquisition has been a great benefit to Eurogran. The enthusiastic colleagues and the new production site strengthen our UK position and profile. The sales team in UK now consists of Malcolm Redman, Graham Duncan and Kevin Burns. The managing director of Eurogran in UK is Fekade Zewde. All are very experienced vending people that will contribute to the success of our customers.

We are very proud of our European Customer Service Centre and we have the modest ambition to offer the best service in the industry. Our customer coordinators are multi lingual, which enable us to support most countries from our Service Centre in their mother tongue. Every customer has one dedicated contact person for support and help in the day-to-day business.

Product development and marketing has merged and the new department is now a more active player in the consulting process. The key success factors in this process are speed and flexibility. The new set-up brings us closer to the customers and enables us to make faster decisions and better solutions. The flexibility and close cooperation on projects are highly appreciated by customers. Projects vary from standard product analyses and development of POS material to development of customized products and vending concepts. Together we can react faster to changes in the market and pick up the new trends in hot beverages.

On the product side we now offer a complete range of vending ingredients. Products marketed under the Le Royal brand are of premium quality and represents the best quality produced by Eurogran in terms of taste profile and high machine functionality. Le Royal branded products are among the very best vending ingredients on the market.

New in the Le Royal product series are a number of unique product concepts. These concepts offer both creative product developments and clusters of products in rapidly growing demand i.e. Fairtrade and innovative tea products.

Eurogran is much more than Le Royal. The vending ingredients can be supplied in a great variety of product qualities and packaging options for private label solutions at relatively low volumes.
