Demonstrating commitment
Published:  13 March, 2008

Leading UK vending services provider Selecta has retained its Investors in People (IIP) quality accreditation status across its UK business.

IIP is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through the ongoing development of its people. Selecta previously gained IIP status in 2004 and, following a recent review, has been accredited until 2010 when it will again be re-assessed.

To retain the award, Selecta was required to demonstrate its continued commitment to achieving high standards of care and career development for its employees in all areas of the company's business operations.

"Investors in People recognises real achievement in training, customer care and employee personal development, measured against national standards," says Selecta Human Resources Director Helen Burrows. "We believe that great people drive our success and thank all our staff who take great pride in delivering a quality service to all of our clients."
