Jasserand will continue to be based at TNS' office in La Défense, Paris working with country managers and the sales and marketing team to extend TNS' presence in Northern Europe as a leading contender in the retail, telecommunications and financial transaction sectors.

Duncan Mortlock has been appointed as Business Development Director of TNS' International Services Division (ISD) overseeing the POS and ATM environments, for both retail and financial customers.

Mortlock will work out of TNS' London office and brings with him extensive knowledge in the outsourcing, payments and services sector. He worked as Head of International Product Sales at VocaLink Ltd, International Head at Avantra, a trading division of LINK Interchange Network Ltd (LINK), and as Managed Services Director at NCR Corporation.
