The new GBA ST1 is a cost-effective, compact note stacker unit that has been designed to fit into the majority of vending machines. To accommodate slim-line machine designs, the ST1 can be configured to be situated in depths as limiting as 10cm. With a robust plastic construction, the ST1 can be used in either an up or down stacking orientation and has the option of lockable cashboxes, to maximise cash security. The ST1 offers a variety of interface options including the MDB vending protocol. Flashing note guides have been introduced to provide more obvious and user friendly interaction whilst an innovative new discrimination method, “Sense Technology”, has been developed to provide high level acceptance of true notes whilst maintaining security against counterfeit and fraud attempts. The ST1 delivers the performance and functionality previously restricted to top end note validators, at a price to suit most budgets.

Further originality can be seen within the Microcoin SP coin validator. Designed to be used in smaller profile applications where space is at a premium, the Microcoin SP boasts a revolutionary and patented reject mechanism that virtually eliminates all coin jams. With the push of a button, the width of the coin path is literally doubled, so that any foreign object is simply dropped through to the reject chute. Product reliability is also increased since the Microcoin SP does not require re-calibration in the field and will remain at optimum performance levels for the life of the product. The validator can also be used in a low power mode, for use in battery or solar powered applications.
