Leading UK vending services provider Selecta has joined an elite group of companies after its training programme was highly commended at the National Training Awards 2007.
Selecta was rewarded in the awards' category for companies based in the South East of England for its Management Academy which helps the company assess and improve the skills of its managerial staff.
Set up by Selecta in 2006 as part of a series of strategic business changes, the Selecta Management Academy is a unique three-day residential training programme which incorporates a wide range of subjects including situational leadership, coaching and motivation, delegation, strategy, managing performance and loss prevention.
