After 10 years as Marketing Director Andrew Marsden is resigning from Britvic. He will stand down as Marketing Director from 1 August. He leaves a worthy legacy. As Category Director from 2000 Andrew has established our reputation for insight led retail category strategies.
During his tenure, Britvic have developed Robinsons into a Top Ten Grocery Brand, driven the growth of Pepsi Max and launched a number of innovations including J20, Fruit Shoot and Fruit Shoot H20.
Andrew Marsden said that, “Eighteen months after the successful flotation of Britvic I want to take the opportunity to expand my career outside soft drinks. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, we have achieved much and I am confident the business is very well positioned to achieve its growth potential.”
Chief Executive, Paul Moody said, “Andrew is Britvic’s longest serving director and has been a key figure in the development of our business. He has achieved a great deal and we wish him every success in his future endeavours.”
The recruitment of a successor has already begun and Britvic has retained an executive search firm to draw up a suitable list of candidates for this exciting position. In the interim Paul Moody will lead the senior Marketing team, supported by other members of the Britvic Soft Drinks executive committee.
