California Raisins Innovation Award winners

The California Raisin Administrative Committee is proud to announce that the unanimous winner of the 2007 California Raisins Innovation Award is the York-based company Rosedale Farm Products for their range of sausages containing California Raisins. The sausage range consists of Duck with Port & California Raisins and Chicken with Rhubarb & California Raisin.
In addition to the overall winner, Cardiff based Memory Lane Cakes were runners up with their ‘ASDA Extra Special Lemon Fruit Loaf’.
