When it comes to creating a good vended cup of coffee, the value of using quality ingredients which consumers trust and want, speaks for itself. It's all about taste, consistency and flavour and delivering an enjoyable experience with every sip.

Today's consumers certainly know their lattes from their mochas, and expect to be presented with choice wherever they are. Customers are thinking hard about any purchases they make and cutting back on premium daily consumables. Our aim at Nestlé Professional is to continue to offer solutions that enable our customers to make the most of beverage opportunities at an affordable price.

Nescafé Accolade is the first product to give a coffee-shop quality drink through a vending machine, producing a range of premium speciality drinks such as cappuccino, latte or mocha. It is fast, cost-effective and delivers the consistency and taste as expected from the nation's favourite coffee1. The machines also use a premium dairy whitener (made with 100 per cent skimmed milk), creating a more authentic milk taste than ‘non dairy' glucose syrup based whiteners.

Using premium ingredients produces a better cup of coffee; but presentation is also a key factor in delivering the whole experience. The cups used, for example, can have an effect on the service and therefore, the price per drink, which can be commanded. Research shows that customers want paper cups rather than plastic. They perceive paper as being more environmentally friendly and contemporary.
