Keith Brown has been appointed Regional Operations Manager of independent contract caterers 7 Day Catering, to manage the operations for 12 key sites in the Midlands region.
Starting his career with Sutcliffe Catering, he worked his way up to Support Manager before joining Autograph Food Service where he spent nine years as Operations Manager based in the Midlands.
Commenting on his new role, Keith said: “Making the move to 7 Day Catering was an easy choice. My interest lies in the way the company operates and its refreshing approach to offering fresh food every day, made freshly on site, as opposed to some organisations that are much more convenience led.”
