Full steam ahead for vending

Abbeychart is organising a free family day on Saturday 26th April, to include a trip on the famous North Yorkshire Moors Railway steam train. Anyone involved in the vending, water, catering and food service industries, is welcome.
The steam train, the engine of which is owned by Peter Best, Chairman of Abbeychart, will run from Pickering to Grosmont via Goathland (Aidensfield in Yorkshire TV’s Heartbeat, also Hogmead, mentioned in the Harry Potter books) and, of course, back to Pickering. A raffle and competitions will be held to raise funds for the Macmillan Cancer Support.
Abbeychart was founded in 1991 to source and supply quality components for the vending, soft drinks and pure water industries. The company now supplies components and consumable products worldwide, across a range of industries. Refurbishment and repair workshops ensure a safe and fast turnaround of CO2 regulators, pumps, motors, boiler valves and other products.
Free tickets for the steam train trip (up to five per party) are being issued on a first come first served basis.
